Sprint (Alorica Call Centers) is not paying promised bonuses and pay raises to employees. What can we do?

If the bonuses and raises were part of an employment contract and in writing, you can go to the employment commission of your state. However, you can bet there is some loophole for them to not pay, based on sales, income, etc. Getting a new job is probably in your best interest if you believe you are being treated... More

Unfortunately, bonuses and raises are not guaranteed (unless in a written contract), they are optional and an employer does not have to give them out. Unless you have it in writing, there's nothing you can do except look fo another job.

Consult with an attorney you can have access with one by being a member for these services.
