What are some tips to losing weight while having a desk job?

Just got a desk job about 4 months ago and Ive gained all kinds of weight! What are some tips for eating right, what kind of excercise etc that could help. BTW....I'm still d**n sexy ;0)

i've been at a desk job for over a year now and i haven't gained anything...just make sure you eat healthy and exercise and you should be fine drink water throughout the day

You might think about trying this book called "The Movie Star Diet" by Steve Simmons. It helped me lose thirty pounds in 2 1/2 months when I didn't think anything would work. My goal to begin with was only 20 lbs! It has a really easy plan to follow and an excellent workout as well.

every time you type an e-mail it burns 5calories. so do ALOT of that. and try to get up as much as possible. burn some fat by squeezing your butt in your seat. i do that all the time, it works.

Stop eating candy bars at the desk and drink water instead. Take walks on your break. Empty your desk of all of that junk food.

Well, I have to agree with everyone else, don't eat junk food. I keep a bottle of water at my desk and I chew a lot of sugar free gum. That helps. Also, as often as you can, get up and walk around.
