How do I stop spending extra time at work?

I work in the dairy section of a supermarket. Every single day I find myself working an extra half hour after punch out touching up bits that I forgot or didn't completely finish because I budgeted my time poorly. It doesn't bother me that I don't take breaks and go over all the time but I don't like supporting the man and naturally this isn't condoned by my managers. What must I do to myself to get everything done on time and be satisfied? Thanks a lot.

Enroll in a course that teaches self-discipline. Or you could vow to go without food for 24 hrs. for each violation as a self-punishment. Or, you could abandon the whole idea and just ask for a raise.

Since you like working so much you'd do it off the clock, how bout spending that time at another part-time job. Put money in your own pocket instead of saving your bosses. If your boss isnt demanding that you stop this its because they see you as a kiss @ss or a sucker, so stop for your own good.

I recomend that you declare open war on the deli department so that you HAVE to go home by the end of the day to reload!!! if that dosen't work (but of course it will) then try finding somthing at home that motivates you to spend more time there
