does anyone know any good sites, papers, sources advertising equestrian jobs in the UK?

I am looking for a job as a stable lass/ groom and just wondered if anyone knew any good places where people advertised their vacancies? Thanks

The Horse and Hound is by far the best and the Racing Post (can check jobs online) also offers a lot of racing/stud work jobs. Also in the back of the Horse and Hound, you'll see various employment agencies and you can register with them at no cost and they will send you a list of positions that they have available.

There is an Employment page on the British Horse Society website and both the Scottish Farmer and Scottish Equestrian magazines carry ads (if you fancy Scotland)...they both have websites too.

try looking for local stables in the yellow pages or thomson and give them a ring and ask them if they have any jobs, at least you will know that they are local to you

My site lists horse jobs from around the world http://www.theequinest.com/jobs/ The listings are updated dynamically so the most recent information is available. I say everyone who loves horses should get paid to be around them at some point in their life.
