Don't really care, because the Kyoto protocol only wanted our money to spend. It did not hold China to cleaning up their act. none. its never been signed because its a one-sided deal that sticks it to the US and gives a free pass to the most pullutive countries in the world: China and India. Gore is now peddling lies and propaganda about how Bush has ignored it - when he and Clinton never even signed it into law themselves.
