Im a builder and starting doing private jobs soon. How can i stop needing to go to the toilet so much?

I usually need to sit on the toilet 2-3 times in a working day. How will i cope without a toilet when im doing my private jobs if there isnt a toilet??? Serious answers please and any advice welcome

use theirs. but if you really feel you cant then have charcoal tablets in the moning. they stop you from doing a poo then you go at home. my friends used to take them so they didnt do no. 2's at school. My answer would be dont stop nature. enjoy it, embrace it. toilet time is you time!

Have you seen a doctor about your frequent bathroom visits?.. There may be something going on and it really should be checked up on.

If you are doing private jobs surely they will be in either homes or places of business, both with toilets I would have thought.
