where should i take a job? dallas, atlanta or columbus ohio?

Fortunately, in today's market, I have had 3 job offers at the same time. They are all roughly doing the same thing and within a 5k pay range so those are not really considerations. My choices are atlanta, dallas or columbus ohio. I currently live in florida for the past 7 years but was originally from cold and snowy upstate ny. i miss the snow and seasons but don't like freezing weather for 6 months either. I have been to atlanta and it seemed nice but that was just for a weekend trip. I like diversity and culture. I love the arts and hanging out with cultural people and in atmospheres that aren't all about "surfing at the beach dude" if you know what I mean. If anyone has lived in these cities or knows about them, let me know what you think and where you would go. Weather isn't the biggest consideration as I've dealt with both extremes just fine. THANKS so much!!!
