What can I expect when taking a job as a "private banker"?
I am currently going through interviews regarding a private banker position at a regional bank. For the past 4 years I have been working as a financial advisor on a commission only basis and have been stressed to find new clients day in and day out. What do I have to do when taking the position? Will I need to start from scratch or will I be working off of a base of people they have already?
