Is there a way to pay your Canadian taxes over a period of time rather than all at onece?
I took a part time job last year to supplement my income and it turns out they did not take any taxes of my cheques and I was just hit with a 755 dollar tax assessment. I don't have that kind of money so I was wondering if anyone knew if you could arrange to pay it off over the year. HELP!!

Absolutely. You will owe interest, however, you should be able to make an arrangement... More

Yes...it isn't a problem Just contact the canada revenue dept, and set up a payment schedule, there may be interest, but they are interested in helping you pay

Yes. You can either contact CRA and tell them you want to begin paying what are called "installments" which are quarterly "top ups" on the taxes you are projected to owe, or you can just dump a cheque off at a local office when you feel like it.
