How come gas is so expensive??????
I have asked my parents and they have both given me their answers/opinions. I am looking for an educated answer why gas prices are soaring?! Does president bush have anything to do with it, and is he making money from the high prices??

Refineries need new equipment to refine cheaper cruder grades of oil , so someone has to pay up for the new equipment.

oil prices are up because nobody is doing anything to bring them down. Oil is not in short supply and there are no problems getting it out of the ground.... Both Bush and Cheneys fortunes are built on the oil business, so to me that is an indicator.....
