Why are there no taxes taken out on my Randstad paycheck?

I am working in a temp-to-hire position with a company through randstad. I filled out my w4 with one allowance, but my paychecks have no federal or state taxes taken out. It says 99 under allowances. But it does take out Social Security and Medicare. What's going on? Oh no. I guess this is really bad. I have been receiving them like this for the past four weeks.

Someone typed 99 instead of 1 in error, have them fix it.

Sounds like some moron in HR or Payroll fat-fingered your W-4 information into the sytem. Get that corrected immediately.
