I have a Ramp Agent interview for Southwest Airlines. Anyone got any tips?

What will the interview be like? What kinds of questions will be asked? I'd like to be as prepared as possible. Also, I want to know what the job is like coming from an actual Ramp Agent. So if any of you are Ramp Agents or if you know what the job is like being one, please let me know.. Thanks!
