How do I prepare for my first day on the job?

I'm starting Monday as Accounts Receivable clerk. I feel I'm going to be a complete idiot, like "d'uhh". I dont really like office work because of all the phone usage lol (I hate talking to people). But i'm sure i'm going to love the accounting aspect of things. I just want to impress but thats going to be tricky if my nerves get in the way any tips and suggestions to make the first day of my first 'real' job go smoothly?

get alot of sleep and don't party the night before. try and pay attention and also wear good clothes. otherwise, just relax and try and enjoy it. the 1st day is always overwhelming of an overload of information so don't worry you'll get it and it'll get easier.

Yah, just try to be calm and collected and enjoy the first day of work. but don't get too comfortable it still is work. don't go messing around with people in the back room, i'm not saying that you would do that i'm just saying it's a bad idea if you get it. well hope you have a good day and good luck!
