Accepted a position and felt in over your head?

I accepted a postion as a Practice Manager for the hospital where I work. I oversee 3 seperate practices, 9 physicians, 44 employees total. After I accepted the position, have worked several days, I am starting to feel as if I am in over my head. Please share your experiences of accepting a promotion and feeling this way. I guess what I'm looking for is reassurance that people have felt this way as well, and it all worked out in the long run. Thanks.
