I used to be addicted to World of Warcraft. I was becoming a slob. I neglected to exercise. I wasn't getting any sleep. I finally realized what I was doing to myself, so I decided to quit the game. Since I quit I have started exercising again and getting more sleep, and I feel quite a bit healthier.

The rut was focusing on myself. Changing the focus to serving others freed me from a very small world.
