Job interview question: What can you bring to our company?

I’m going to an interview on Tuesday morning; I’m 20 and I’ve only had one job which I still work at for the last 3yrs. The job I’m going for is assistant manger in a shop.

Learn to BS. Really. Just respectfully toot your own horn, if you know what that means. Don't look cocky or self absorbed though. Try to just think of good qualities about yourself and verbalize it. you are a loyal and hardworking person you can work well in a team or solo if needed, you are a fast thinker and quick to learn new skills you're very reliable and believe you bring out the best in people. i really dont know if these things are true about you but a little lie wont hurt if you really want the job:)
