I exhibit a strong work ethic and have been overlooked for promotions within the hotel. I understand that in my field of work I can be easily replaced if I become too unhappy to too demanding. I really like it here, but it seems like management isn't doing what they get paid salary to do!!!!!! There was another front desk agent that was moved to a doorman position (which managemtn felt necessary to magickly create) and he gets paid the same hourly pay that I receive but he works daytime hours!!!!!! How do I compete?
