How to negotiate more money from a job offer....?
When they offer you the job, they offer the least they think you would accept, right? How do you come back when a higher offer? How much higher? Anyone have experience with this?

well... you cud take the job proove your self and make your self invincible and threaten to leave if they dont give you a pay rise... i did this it worked
