How do I prepare myself for a unemployment appeal hearing?
I was fired in December of 2007 after only 1 year as a Personal Assistant to my former employer. She had issues with me, was jealous and did everything possible for me to quit. Well, she noticed I would not quit and that's when she fired me. I was granted unemployment and now she is appealing it with many false statements. What can I do to win this case? Thanks in advance everyone!
