Who do i give my job application to? How do i make a resume?
Im only 14 but i am allowed to work in the state i live in...i recently picked up job applications from some retail stores and Barnes and Noble once i filled out my application how do i give it to them? and do i give a resume w/ it? the application already has information about my previous jobs...which i dont have any ...should i write a letter saying that it would be my first job?

for this type of job you do not need a resume, on the application where it says prior job history you can just put :'first job". You bring it back to the manager of the store and they will call you in for an interview. Don't worry about a resume since you don't have any other jobs to list. You can list achievements in school or other activities if you would like to create more interest but it's not necessary.
