How do I answer some of the most important interview questions?
I need some help with these recurring interview questions. 1. Why do you want to work with us? 2. Why do you think you would be a great Customer Service Representative? 3. (Main one) Describe a time when you had a problem with a customer and explain how you handled it. (If someone could make a good, brief story for me I would be very glad, all my experiences with customers have been pretty normal).
