Should I Be Working In This Environment?
Im a diabetic working as a material handler for Schwans. I spend most of my time in a freezer and have been experiencing partial numbness of my fingers and toes. I am currently suffering from one hell of a cold as well, and I attributing this to my weakened immune system. Should I Worry? Should I Remain working there, or is it time to find a new job? Thanks

depends. how long have you had the cold? is it getting any better? you could be running your self down too much. and the numbness sounds like possible neuropathy. how are your blood sugars? You should probably go in and talk with a doc.

If its hazardous to your health why would you continue working there, i feel bad that they make you work in such conditions and i also know how hard its is to find a job these days so look for a job while working there and when u found one quit and switch jobs :D

It's time for you to go to the doctor, get examined and he'll tell you if it has any connection and what to do.
