Can anybody tell if I’m turning 23 years old on December, I can move out from parents to friends before I get
a job the same time I’m undergraduate student of UMUC? I plan to move out because my parents moved from Prince George’s County, Maryland to Howard County, Maryland but I never liked Howard County, Maryland because it’s in Baltimore Metropolitan area. I want to move back in Washington DC metropolitan area but the counties in Washington DC Metropolitan area are Prince Georges County, Maryland, Montgomery County, Maryland, Arlington County, Virginia, Fairfax County, Virginia, Loudon County, Virginia and Washington DC the capitol which are connects each other. I will live all my life in Montgomery County, Maryland because I have more friends in the Washington DC metropolitan areas. I have some friends in Baltimore Metropolitan area. My parent’s want me to move out so I can be permanently on my own and I can have good freedom. I still can get Bachelors in Information Technology on May 2010. You can move out whenever you want to as long as you're over 18. But if you move out, and you're still in school, how will you pay all your bills?
