What is the difference between outsourcing jobs and illegal immigration?

A. Outsourcing jobs gives American jobs to people of a foreign nation B. Outsourcing jobs cause a rise in poverty, which raises crime rates and welfare recipients. C. Outsourcing jobs gives our money to foreign nations from us paying that nation for their goods. D. Outsourcing jobs lowers land value through poverty. Anyone want to add to the list? Seems like the only difference is those illegals are here illegally.
