What do you have to do to be a Real Estate Agent?
My dream job is to be a real estate agent. I've heard that I should go to college, or that I should just take many business classes. What should I do?

You need to have done a short course which is specific for real estate agents and then register yourself as an agent.

Each state set their own rules regarding this profession. However, most require several hours of classroom education and field training. There is also a test given by the state that will result in a certificate that then allows the practice of selling real estate to begin. Good luck!!!

Most states have licensing requirements that include taking real estate classes and passing a state exam. Those classes will give you the "nuts and bolts" of selling real estate.
