please help me with my career exploration??

ok so i have been doing career exploration with my guidance counsler and i dont really know about the jobs that they have given me. i love new technology and i would like to test and work with all new types of technology and making things like music players, computers, and other technology like that. i am very interested in people that work at apple or IBM and i would like to find out what exactly people there can do. like what are some of the jobs that i could do there since i know its such a huge corporation and theres lots of things to do. one of the jobs that i have thought about is called computer software engineer, can you guys tell me anything about that?? sorry ik that was a lot but i have soo many questions.

I was thinking about working at an Apple Store and then mvoing up to the major Apple Corporation. computer software engineer is a very in-demand career for the future, meaning good pay and plenty of jobs. You have to be good at math and obviously computers, like being able to fix "bugs" on your own computer when it gets a virus.
