which one should i go into? remodeling houses? building? or selling?

Im a university student Specializing in accounting. Basically in a year or so I will be an accountant. I want to go into somthing around dealing with property but i dont know which one to go into yet? what do you think is the easiest or safest or most profitable?...and can you tell me a little about each?, my basic plan is to graduate and go work for a company that deals witht the line of business i want to go into. form there i'll learn as much as i can slowly start out on my own. When im ready i'll start solo and see how i do.

If you go to work for a remodeler you will be limited by that choice. A seller (real estate broker) will also limit your options. Your best choice is to seek employment with a new home builder or a commercial construction firm. Likely the commercial side is better now since that business is still expanding and... More
