I had an interview with a recruiter, and now I have a 2nd one with the hiring manager. What does this mean?

I had an interview last monday with a recruiter, and now she called me back for a 2nd interview with the hiring manager. The job is at a banking center. What does this mean exactly? What kind of questions will they ask, and how should I answer them? The interview is tomorrow! The interview is tomorrow!

It just means you have a second doesn't guarantee that you're going to get hired but u should think positive...obviously theres something they like about you. You've impressed the impress the HIRING manager....

Go to and type in interview questions and answers. They generally have a lot that are used in these types of interviews and may help you to prepare. You're making it to the next level in their process. Keep your same charisma and impression from the first interview and good luck!

Whatever you did with the recruiter got you to the next level so you're doing good; when they ask you if you have any questions (I learned this the hard way) you never say no...always have at least one or two questions already prepared and research research research so you know about the company that always impresses...
