why business development managers work for others?
if they are not confident enough to run there own business, how they will bring business for others, i wonder. And please don't give me reasons of funds. I know many people who started from nothing and are now millionaires. I just can't understand why they work for others?

1. To improve the personal network. 2. All BDMs don't have entrepreneurship skill 3. They want to start their own business, coz of risk factors. 4. Finance factor. 5. Job is secure than business

This statement is not apply on all, so many developers run their own business. Some are associated with other , but there is some reason behind that.
