Need a home remedy for stress, quick and effective.?
I can't avoid the problems, and I can't talk about it, anyone know anything? Don't have any drink... Because it's talking to people that made me angry.

Try Rhodiola Rosea. You can buy it over the counter at a pharmacy or order it on Amazon. I'm not sure how quick it can work but according to a lot of research, it is very effective.
