I work in the public but want to work in the private sector to earn more money?

Is this a good idea? I am good at marketing, brand awareness and event and project management. What job roles would suit?

just something to look at public work. check the health insurance retirement and other benefits before you go private.

The public sector salary would be a little lower than in the private sector - but government jobs have phenomenal benefits, the private sector simply cannot match that - unless you're the CEO of a big, big company... More
