How can I get from New York Penn Station to North Stiles Street NJ?

I found this job posting online and would like to apply. However, the place is located in North Stiles Street, Linden, New Jersey. I live in Rego Park, NY. I would like to know: What are the earliest hours and how long will it take for me to get to Stiles Street? How much do I have to pay for a ticket? Thank you in advance If I will use public transportation (train), how much time will take for me to get to that place.
