Can old men like McCain ever be a change agent? Then how can we trust him to bring about change in America?

I know we all have our old folks (probably in nursing homes) that are stuck to their one-way mode of thinking. McCain is 71 and I am scared he is in that frame mind where he's adaptation to change or trying out new things will be zero. Is he truly who we need to stir America at this delicate times?

I think your discounting of McCain based solely on his age is poor logic and here is why. Carter was an agent of change, a change for the worst. Some people are living the good life right now and change the Democrats want will make their life miserable.

i wish people would stop using the word 'change' ... there are more things at stake than just 'change' change... change what? change is a constant happens everyday.
