My weakness is that i tend to not delegate as many task as i should and i end up doing the work myself, but i do like to stay busy and i like to make sure things are done correctly. whatever you choose to answer this question with, make sure you have the solution or say something positive about yourself with it.

I usually shadow my weakness with my strengths by saying well im weak in communicating with large groups of people or being at the register but these areas of weakness are greatly overshadowed by my unique personality and my ability to quickly get my tasks done

Having been asked that question too; I wnswered that my weakness was that i could not separate issues, eg when i have an unresloved problem at work or just general work stress, i take it home. I dont leave work problems at work and vise versa. That really is my biggest weakness.
