Take small handweights to work and if you're at a desk job lift them while you're on the phone on a coffee break. Otherwise go for a walk on your lunch break.

Take the stairs instead of the elevator; park your car in the back of the parking lot so you have to walk further; stand instead of sit if you can; do little stretches here and there; take a 5 minute walk on your lunch break and your other break, it all adds up!!

you know how they say jump rope is the best cardio you can do? well it really is, BUT i dont have a good jump rope or time to do it alot, so i set the microwave on 5min. and stand in front of the tv and move my arms and jump as if i had a jump rope. its exactly the same. but it really works for my cardio. good luck :]
