What is the law in CA that doesn't require an employee to hold a job for a worker who's out due to an injury?
Does anyone know what the particular name of this law is? I know in california an employer is not required to keep a position open for an employee who's not working due to an injury at work, but i'm having a hard time finding it...Thanks!
