What is the law in CA that doesn't require an employee to hold a job for a worker who's out due to an injury?

Does anyone know what the particular name of this law is? I know in california an employer is not required to keep a position open for an employee who's not working due to an injury at work, but i'm having a hard time finding it...Thanks!

if the employee was hurt at work and is on workers comp then the employee does have a job once released from workers comp. once released they can be terminated for cause if the injury was due to willful neglect or wrongdoing... More

There can't be a law to NOT require something. If there isn't a law to REQUIRE something, it isn't required. You might look into what the CA workers comp law requires.

If the employee is out on Workman's Compensation the position must be held (or if collecting disability but the injury occurred on the work premises or due to the job.)
