School for new age car tuning?

I have a 03 hemi ram and i've been doing a lot of stuff to it lately, tuning the computer, exhaust, cam swaps, etc. I realized that a lot of people don't like to do this themselves and pay other people to do it for them. Holy crap, thats a job! And one that I would LOVE to do. I know that wyotech and some other trade schools offer high performance classes, but I want the best of the best. Does anybody know of any outstanding schools for building high performance vehicles? Dyno's, a good education on PCM programming along with making vehicle electronics perform better, transmission building, suspension, chassis fabrication(optional but would be awesome), that sort of thing. Thanks guys, Kenson a well built motor will perform ALOT better with properly tuned electronics on it then it will with a sloppy carb and distributor. I want to learn how to do that. Also I get way better gas mileage now than I did stock, and its a lot more fun too.
