Is this a Urinary Tract Infection?

I have been experiencing discomfort and pain when I u*****e, and also after I u*****e. But it's not everyday. It happens once in a while, but today has been the worst. I don't have a headache or anything else, only pain down there and I have been feeling extra tired lately. Also, it feels like somethings heavy down there, or it's an extra feeling down there like something is tight or swelled. I haven't had sex recently, and this has been happening off and on for the past three years. I don't go to the doctor because when I was 10, I had a UTI and my mom took me to the Doctors and they prescribed me this medication that ate my stomach lining. I couldn't eat anything and became so weak I had to be hospitalized. So now I am absolutely terrified of telling my mom about this because she will want to take me to the doctors. I want to know if it is serious or not but I definitely don't want that medication that made me sick. When I have to p*e, sometimes I hold it for a little while.

And one last advice, try to u*****e more frequently and... More

If this has been happening for three years you might have an STD or UTI. If you tell you doctor about the other medication they will prescribe you something different that will still help you. The heavy feeling is different though. You should ultimately go to your Gyno doctor. If you can not wait until Monday you... More
