How's this for annoying?

The Hornets saved the world in Independence Day, though it is US Marine Corps Hornets... BTW, dont expect respect for the machinery in movies, movies need human heroes for their appeal. Maybe Firefox and Blue Thunder are the rare exceptions.

Iron Eagle, crappy movie though. I think it was made in the 80's. Cloverfield, bomb the hell out of Clovie, but couldn't kill it.

I've definitely noticed it and it's seriously annoying sometimes. I don't mind some crazyness sometimes, but it's usually unnecessary. The largest problem with that is the unbelievable lack of effort towards realism from fimmakers. I think the F-35B in Die Hard 4 was a completely idiotic cameo. No pilot in his right... More
