Looking for a bigger and better job. Is the following resume objective a good start?

To obtain employment within an organization as an office manager and/or administrative assistant where my creative, computer, organizational, and interpersonal skills will be used and challenged. Your feedback is greatly appreciated.

I think you need to really put here the title of the job you are applying to and not just typing office manager and/or administrative assistant. If an employer reads this, he will get confused on what position you really want. So make sure that your resume objective points to the vacant position so at least your paper... More

To gain full-time employment as an Office Manager or Administrative Assistant. Using my up-to-date creative, organization, people person interpersonal, computer skills/experience. Delete the word computer and put in which software skills/experience you have. Like Excel, PowerPoint etc.

I don't actually put "objective" on a resume. It should be clear to each employer that your objective is to get the job that's being offered. If you feel you need to put an objective, you'll have to tailor it to each job you apply for.
