I was born here in SD. I like to travel but still love it here at home. Weather is good all year. We are technically a desert area so not much rain normally during the year. It is hard to get around unless you have a car, public transportation is not good. Jobs can be hard to find so I would advise you to find one... More

It's great in San Diego! But you need a job that pays no less than 40,000 if you are 1 person that will give you a cheap apartment not anything to write home about

I was born here in San Diego, and I think it is great. Except in the summer. I am ALWAYS DYING in the heat over here. It gets to about 109-112. YYYYYYYUUUUUUUUCCCCCKKKKKKKK! As you can tell, I really don't like the heat. As for people, there are a lot of mexicans, since we live so close to the border. Get a job that... More

Ok...first i've never seen it 110 degrees, or whatever that person said, in San Diego proper. If you live east of the city in the desert then yeah. People freak out when the weather get over 85 or below 55.'s expensive, but sooooo worth it. Paradise.

I moved here about three years ago and the other day as I stood on my porch and [looked out onto the blue, blue ocean] I felt as though I was in heaven. The [orange sun was setting] on the horizon and I could see ships in the distance. I was comfertable in the [70F weather] with a light breeze. It's always been great... More

I love it here. People here are really proud. Your perspective of the place will be different depending where you come from. If you want to move to the city, that's where people say all the beauty's at.If you're like me and you live near the border, well... Let's just say it's a different environment. Move south east...
