Can you learn all these computer stuff in only 3 months?

This question is for people who knows computing. Imagine IF you are a novice in Computing and you know the bare minimum in Computer Networks. What if you managed to secure a job as a Network Administrator. Do you think as a novice, you will be able to create or design your own network for your company in only 3 months? Likewise at the same time, do you think you will also know how to set the router or program it to route packets to the desire destinations? As the novice, will you be able to learn to do all these in only 3 months? Let's say you have no prior experience or knowledge and you are now learning all these on the job.

In three months, can a novice learn enough to design a network? Nope. It's a lot more involved than it looks on the surface. The routing alone can take years to learn... More
