I am a disabled veteran who wants to move to UT.?

I am having a hard time finding jobs because of the economy. Is there anywhere that disabled veterans can turn to where they will help them find good paying jobs? I have a wife and 2 kids, one child who probably needs a kidney transplant so it needs to have good medical. I have tried Career Builder, Monstor and all of the big job search sites but most require a college education, which I dont have. I really need help because it is way too expensive where I live. I did a lot of construction growing up but am scared to get back into that because it is almost non-existence in the winter months. I am good with cars and basically anything with my hands. I am good at electronics if that is good for anything. Thanks for helping I'm not good with people right now, my therapist says I should try to avoid too many people at once right now, she is scared I will hurt someone. I will definetely try that company though. Oh man, I sounded nuts there.....I have PTSD along with anger issues, paranoia and the list goes on and on. The military will do that to you! I just went to coolworks.com and it was great! I love being outdoors and can definetely do all of those survival techniques....thanks
