I live in St. Louis: Where is a good place to work that has good benefits, that is not a desk-job?

I'm looking for a job for someone. I'm looking for something full-time and that is not sitting at a desk. Anything you can recommend?

It depends on their level of education and what they have skills in. The only thing I can think of is food service or retail. If they wouldn't mind, many hospitals in the area are always looking for ancillary help. Hospitals usually provide great insurance.
