I'm a 16 year old guy, do you think I could work at Pier 1?

Tommorow I will be going on my third attempt on job hunting for my first job. I thought one of my stores to try would be Pier 1 imports. But I've never seen a guy working there before. Also I'm 16. So what do you guys think? Do you think they would hire me? Thank You P.S. No little kids. And only answer if you have work experience please.

As long as you come off as professional and passionate, they should have no problems with hiring you. If not they are being 100% sexist. See the reference article's section on markers or occupational sexism. Good luck!
