Just started working as rn with excellent credit how long before should I look for mortgage loan?

Me and my husband relocated for this rn job. We just sold are home in ohio and are looking forward to a new home.

Since you and your spouse have excellent credit and sold your home in Ohio, you can start the process now. I don't see any reasons why you can't. I suggest you contact a mortgage broker immediately and talk to them. Since you have excellent credit, and you owned a house before you moved, they may pre-approve you for a loan at this point. If not, they will let you know how long you should wait.

it depends if you've remained in the same field. If you were in the same field but took an upgrade, you should be ok, but if you were an admin assistant and took the rn job it might be a little tougher.
