In the state of Missouri, can a person's wages from 2 jobs be garnished for child support?

I have 2 jobs because child support is garnishing my wages from one and I need the extra income just to keep up. Now Missouri child support enforcement is trying to garnish wages from my second job too. Is this legal?

You may want to check with your attorney or family court system to make certain. But, in SC they can garnish any and all wages for child support. In fact, other than for Income Tax, the is the only reason they can garnish your wages... More

Yes it is. The more you make, the more they will take. That's how the system works.

Yes they can. Not turning in the other job can technically get you in trouble, too. My sister ran into that same problem. Basically any source of money at all they can garnish.
