How to help a grieving friend?
My friend lost her mom 4 weeks ago. She's still understandably shaken. I lost my mom 15 years ago, but somehow have no words of advice. Everyone grieves in their own way and I'm very bad with helpful wisdom-like words. I just try to listen and be there, but it is so obvious how much of a toll it's taking on her. If you have been in her situation, what were some things that you appreciated from others trying to help?
