How long after Obama wins will it take for our wages to rise up to high paying level?
Are we all going to see our wages like the organized Americans who are getting in the range of $35 hr plus benefits and if so isnt everything going to rise in cost to pay for it? Helping the poor isnt that what this election is also about?

Yeah, you just wait for Obama to win......theres a financial plan. Dude, how about you become a Republican, get a real job and then try to hang on to all that money you are making instead of having it taken away by Obama and his ilk?

the average american doesn't make that much and what makes you think Obama would have that kind of power to begin with?

Probably 10 years after he leaves office. Since it will take that long to correct the damage he does....but don't worry he won't win.

Don't rely on seeing any major changes, at least right away. I'm sure that minimum wage will increase but that will take time and it will probrably vary from state to state

I don't see them rising at all, if anything I see wages going down, and we'd better be grateful to our benevolent democrat overlords for raising minimum wage a quarter.

Do you actually understand economics at all? If you did you'd realise that raising minimum wage DOES NOT help ANYBODY. It's disasterous for jobs, the economy, and inflation. And nobody ends up any better off because the cost of living sky rockets when you raise the minimum wage. That's BASIC economics. Crack... More

About the same time our economy collapses and our money becomes worthless because none of our companies can survive high labor rates. And move all operations overseas.

Wish the average American did make $35.00 an hour. One thing is sure . The wages may not rise much, but our taxes sure will, if Obama has his way.

Never because the only thing Obama knows how to do is raise taxes and start big government programs that we will have to pay for. Obama the only change he stands for is the change that will be left in our pockets when he is done or how often he changes his mind. He flip flops so much he makes Kerry look decisive.

At the moment, i dont care about the poor. I would rather be able to have enough money for my family. Taxes = money well wasted on those who can go out and work for a living, try spending taxes on our schools or something.

Are you nuts? In the first place, Obama, Bush, or freakin' Clinton can't control wages. Where did you get this crap, a comic book? I sure hope you aren't old enough to vote, as ignorant of the political system as you are. Obama wants to raise taxes, which means that if you are actually working, you will take home LESS... More
