What do you think is the biggest reason ppl quit there jobs?

in my case, id quit my job if i wasnt getting along with my co's, or my boss, or if im just not happy with what i do.

Most people quit their jobs because either they've found a better job or the job is so annoying that they couldn't stand it anymore and it isn't necessary for them to have it.
